Errors After Joomla! 3.7.0 Update was created by Javier Valdivieso
Hello,
After updating to Joomla! 3.7.0 error strings appeared on top of the registration forms. Updating Events Booking to 2.14.5 fixed the error on the individual form; but on the group form I still get errors.
Missing arguments in .../libraries/cms/html/html.php on line 989
Undefined variables in .../libraries/cms/html/html.php on lines 1038, 1051 and 1052
Any ideas will be very much appreciated.

Actually, it is a bug in Joomla 3.7.0. They fixed it and will released it in Joomla 3.7.1. For now, get a copy of this file, unzip it, upload to libraries\cms\html folder, then check it again, it should solve the issue (you should make a backup of the original file first before replace it with this one)

Hi again, Tuan. Unfortunately this didn't help. Today Joomla! 3.7.1 became available, so I run the update. Also no luck.
Would you mind taking a quick look, please? I'll open a support ticket for this purpose.
Thank you in advance,
Javier
