Hello Eric

Look like the installation was not success for some reasons. Re-install should solve the issue (and please set Debug Mode back to No).Please note that when you re-install, please install the whole package (the file com_eventbooking.zip which you see when you unzip the received file when you purchase the product

If it still doesn't work, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and correct it for you

Regards,

Tuan

I get the same error, but I cannot install the full package "as is" because my hosting only allows 2MB to be installed. I tried to install manually, but I don't think I am getting all the files uploaded. Do you have a URL link I can use for this?

Do you have FTP access to your own webserver, or some other means of uploading the file to a location on your site?

If so, you can:
1) upload the install package to your YOUR site, and enter the URL to the file on your site as the Install URL.
2) Alternately, (as per the Joomla docs @ docs.joomla.org/Installing_an_extension#Manual_Installation ), it looks like you can upload the package to /administrator/components/ and then select the Install from Directory option in the Joomla extension manager.

Just remember to unzip the file that you downloaded from OSSolutions first (as per the "unzip first" note in the file name), and only upload the actual installation package .zip that was contained inside.

@mattbeckner : Better contact your hosting provider, ask them to change upload max filesize setting for you to a higher number (4MB). Now a day, extension is getting bigger and bigger, so change it will help you install extensions easier in the future

Otherwise, follow James instructions. If you could not get it installed, submit a support ticket sending me super admin account and FTP account of your site so that I can help installing it for you

Tuan

Depending on what your host allows, upgrading your file upload size *might* be as easy as creating/editing a php.ini file in your root site folder, and including the following lines:
Code:
; ******** insert the following into /php.ini ********** upload_max_filesize = 10M post_max_size = 10M ; ***************************************************** ; optional: uncomment the following line after replacing YOUR-FULL-PATH-TO-TEMP-FULL with the full server path to your server tmp folder (eg. /home/James999/tmp ), relative to your root server path ; upload_tmp_dir = YOUR-FULL-PATH-TO-TEMP-FULL
