Look like the installation was not success for some reasons. Re-install should solve the issue (and please set Debug Mode back to No).Please note that when you re-install, please install the whole package (the file com_eventbooking.zip which you see when you unzip the received file when you purchase the product
If it still doesn't work, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and correct it for you

Tuan

mattbeckner wrote: I get the same error, but I cannot install the full package "as is" because my hosting only allows 2MB to be installed. I tried to install manually, but I don't think I am getting all the files uploaded. Do you have a URL link I can use for this?
Do you have FTP access to your own webserver, or some other means of uploading the file to a location on your site?
If so, you can:
1) upload the install package to your YOUR site, and enter the URL to the file on your site as the Install URL.
2) Alternately, (as per the Joomla docs @ docs.joomla.org/Installing_an_extension#Manual_Installation ), it looks like you can upload the package to /administrator/components/ and then select the Install from Directory option in the Joomla extension manager.
Just remember to unzip the file that you downloaded from OSSolutions first (as per the "unzip first" note in the file name), and only upload the actual installation package .zip that was contained inside.
