Bypassing payment and gets event for free (ERROR)

Hi Tuan,

Here is the scenario:
If you have a user and logged in and you want to buy another event, you don't get to the payment, but you are instant submitted to the event - without payment.

Is there a setting that I'm missing here?

I think it happens because your event is free (Individual Price set to o) and you set Reduce Registration Process config option to Yes

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Reduce Registration Process, set it to No should solve the issue

I have activated it, but the issue is still there.

For some reason you get added to a event even that the payment isn't completed or if your cancel/close the payment window.

That's strange. What's the status of the registration record? Is it Pending or Paid?
