Payment Information not updating on most browsers

Hi all,

I have a single registration form on my website for an event I host. Within the registration form there are a few monetary fields that a customer can select. There are also two payment options available. One option is PayPal. With that option there is a processing fee that is added to the amount for payment. The issue I have is that with the exception of Microsoft Edge none of the other browsers will adjust the monetary amount when the different fields are selected. I have tried my cellphone, tablet, laptop and tower. Within those devices I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

Any ideas would be helpful.

That's strange. Even strange that it works for Edge but not other browsers :D . There might be some javascript conflict causing this issue, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page

We will check to see if the issue valid, we will fix it. Did you ever ask someone who uses a different computer to check it to see whether they see the same issue?

Hi Tuan,

I have setup a ticket and including login info on a reply to the original ticket. I even included a screenshot too. I have tried numerous computers both locally and at my work place. I have even used cellphones through LTE.

Hello Scott

As replied via support ticket, I tried it myself and could not see the issue as described. Could you please ask someone else to check it as well ?

Both myself and my support staff tested on different browser and it is still working well. We can make a video to show it to you if needed, so I really don't have any clue why it doesn't work for you, too

Maybe a DNS issue like you said? Maybe you can wait for one more day, then check it again?
