Payment Type - Offline - P.O. (Purchase Order)

How would I make an additional Offline payment type called "Purchase Order" that would then bring up another field to allow the user to submit a P.O. Number?

Unfortunately, it is not possible by default. If you want to add new field base on payment method, there will be code modification needed in several places. It will take 2 to 3 hours of working and will cost you 40$ for the modification if you really need it
