Having trouble installing error 0

When i try to install the Event Booking Extension I receive the following error.




When I look in the Components list I see Event Booking, but it takes me back to that screen shot.

Look like the extension was not installed properly for some reasons. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and install it for you?

i have sent a support ticket. i received a response to create a dev site and create user for Sang. Currently waiting on a response from Sang... In the meantime i was poking around and it appears that if I go to "Module (Site)" and click an Events Booking Module I can view its functions.... But when I go to Components> Event Booking> and any of the options it brings me to that screen. Do you have installation instructions? Or something for me to try while I wait on Sang i need to get this site in full production and I need to work on events. I don't know if I am supposed to have something else installed for this to work???

For the issue like that, usually we need to access directly to see why the error happens and get it sorted. Look at the error message, I remember it might be something related to library conflict. Do you use any products fromhttp://redcomponent.com/ on your site? I remember that in the past, there is a conflict with their library, maybe it is applied for this case?
