Hello Ralf
The system use Joomla core settings for that parameter. Go to System - Global Configuration, set Default List Limit parameter to the number you want
After that, check it again, the issue should be sorted
Regards,
Tuan

Hello Ralf
I don't know how you setup the second event, maybe it has same alias with old event and the registration of new event still added to old event registrants?
Could you please try to change alias for that new event, then try register again to see you are assigned as registrant of old event or new event?
Still don't really get the real reason of the issue
