How Does User Registration Email NotificationWork?

Hello,

I'm setting up a paid event with only off-line payment option enabled. On testing, I've determined the following happening upon registration:

* registrants don't get notification email
* administrator gets notification email
* registrants status is Unpublished (i.e. Pending)

When manually changing status to Published (i.e. Paid), registrants immediately get Approved email with invoice.

How do I get User Registered (off-line payment) email to go out on registration?

Hello Javier

Unless there is something special on your site, user should receive email immediately after the registration completed. Please try to test it one more time, if it still doesn't work, send us super admin account of your site and the link to registration page

I have the same issue after updating to the latest update 2.14.4.
Registration emial only sends after manually clicking the "pending" icon in admin.

Did you find any solution / fix?

I should've updated this tread. The guys from Ossolutions kindly checked my site, but didn't find anything wrong. I figured out what was wrong though.

The template of the confirmation email that was to be sent out upon registration had some content along the lines of "send us payment to account XXX at bank YYY", which was understandable for off-line registration. However, that seems to have been triggering some anti-spam mechanisms because, as soon as I removed those lines, the message went out without delay.

Hope you can fix your issue that way.
