Permission to change registration status

Is it possible to give permission to just one user group (admin) to change the registration status for an event in the registrant list? All other registered groups have permission to see the registrant lists but cannot change registration status.

In short, it is controlled by Edit State permission in Events Booking. So go to Events Booking -> Configuration, click on Options button in the toolbar, select the Registered group, set Edit State permission to Denied

After that, only user with super admin permission can change status of registrant from frontend of your site
