s it possibile remove Billing Zipcode?

Look like there is something causes by JCHOptimize and it causes the issue. Could you please try to disable that plugin (or config it to exclude Events Booking) to see whether the issue sorted?

If it still doesn't work, please send us super admin account of your site, we are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
