Event Booking crashed my site

I had a site that had a joomla update to the current version 3.6.5 and it crashed, I eventually found that the component Event Booking 2.14.3 was causing a white screen , when I uninstalled the component the site came back.

Are you aware of this issue

If you are using version older than 2.8.1, then the issue happens because there is some changes in Joomla 3.6.0 API causing it

If you are using 2.14.3, there must be something special on your site causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us both super admin and FTP account of your site so that we can check and correct it for you

we were not using the event booking plug in so I have deleted it from the site, do you still want to have a look?

To be more clear, if you want to use Events Booking on that site, please submit a support ticket so that we can check to see why the issue happens. It would be great to have both super admin account and FTP account

If you don't need to use Events Booking on that site, then you don't need to submit ticket. I guess it is just a special case somehow as our demo site is also running on Joomla 3.6.5 and it works OK (I think it works OK for other customers as well, otherwise, we would receive ton of support tickets)
