Structured Data

Hi,
In testing the structured data, I'm getting 1 error and a few warnings.

I'd like to fix the error at least, and improve the warnings.

The error is
1) url.
The warnings that I would like to fix are
1) price
2) priceCurrency

At the moment, all of these are filed in under "offers", but it makes more sense to me to have them as top-level properties. I have found the "offers" properties in /components/com_eventbooking/view/event/tmpl/default.php, but my question is... where are the other properties set?

unfortunately, fixing the issues is proving beyond me. Is it your intention to fix some of these errors/warnings? You can see the problems when you test your demo events, e.g.

Honestly, this is something doesn't take high priority in my to do list. If I fix it, I think we can only check and fix the error with url field

For other warning fields, it is not a required fields in Events Booking (for example, image) or not a fixed value (price - as price of the registration can be handled by custom fee field, too)

Events Booking also doesn't really have a setting to control event status....

So I want to focus my time to work on other important improvement first. My plan is work on another version 2.15.0 contains some improvements I want, then start work on on next major version 3.0.0

So if it is really really important to you, I can try to look at the url field error. For other fields, if you need it, please try to implement yourself for now

For this kind of feature, I want to review and implement it for Events Booking 3.0.0 which the development should be started in about one month from now.

Tuan, after a short look at this matter. I think it´s important for Event Booking to work according to Google Structure Data.

I have seen a number of examples where course providers being outranked at Google searches just because their competetiors have their events shown in Featured Snippets in the search results.

So if the event/course provider has to choose between a booking system with or with out support for structured data, the choise will be easy.
