Cant run update

When I try to run the update through joomla it gives me an error then directs me to this link to download;
www.joomdonation.com/index.php?option=co...ckage&document_id=56
Which brings up "invalid doman" error 403

Maybe it is because you haven't configured Download ID for Events Booking yet? Please try to follow the instructions at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/getting...on#use-joomla-update , try to config Download ID, then check it again

If it still doesn't work as expected, maybe generate a new Download ID would help (each Download ID can only be used for one domain, sometime, a Download ID might be used for a dev site before and it could not be re-used for live site)

Ah, great! I didn't know I needed to configure the Download ID either .

Something you would only know if you read documentation from beginning to the end (which is hard ). That's why support is needed

Sorry but this method did not work for me... tried generating a second id and that did not work either. Any other suggestions other than a reinstall?

Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. I will try to check to see why it doesn't work so that you can use Joomla update to update your site to latest version of Events Booking in the future
