PayPal Issue still exists with 2.14.2

Even with 2.14.2 version, a few users are still experiencing the issue, when the payment is accepted by PayPal, but the record is not present in the Events Booking. This issue has caused our clients to lose faith on our services.

Do you have access to the client PayPal account? We need to check that PayPal account to see whether there is IPN message sent to Events Booking for that transaction? If yes, what URL it is sent to?

Also, please go to Events Booking -> Payment Plugins, click on os_paypal payment plugin to edit, set Log IPN Messages parameter to Yes.

Then if the issue happens again, let me know immediately so that I can check the IPN Logs to see why the issue happens
