Not sure what this means

I don't think the last registration someone made sent the email to them, so I tried to resend but get the error "Resend confirmation email to group members is not supported/allowed" I have changed the setting of "Send confirmation email to all group members" to YES but still get this, so can't see how to re-send the confirmation email?

Hello

At the moment, the extension only allow re-sending emails to the whole group (mean the group billing record only). It is not possible to re-send emails to group members

So in this case, select the group billing record, then re-send email and it should work as expected

Sorry, I can't see how to do this - if I click on the Group billing record entry it opens the information screen for that but there is no option then to resend.
If instead I select the record for the person whose name corresponds to the group I get the error message.
Likewise if I select both people in the group?

Hello

Don't clock on the billing record. Just check on the checkbox next to the group billing record, then press Resend Email button in the toolbar and email will be re-sent

You are saying that you select group billing record, then press Resend email button in the toolbar and still get the error? No way. Please submit a support ticket sending a super admin account of your site, tell me ID of the registration record you are trying to resend email

I will try to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
