Automatic Event Reminders

I am running Event Booking Version 2.8.1

I have configured all of the settings and get notifications from the plugin when someone registers for an event. In a particular event, I would set the "Auto Reminders" to the on position with 1 day notice ahead of the event but there is no notification sent out. I configured what the emails should say but nothing is sent. Please advise on what I can do to correct that.

What's the reason of using version 2.8.1? I see that you still have an active subscription, so better, update to latest version of Events Booking and check it again

In the latest version, we even have a feature to log the reminder emails so that we can monitor it. That would be much easier to check instead of using that old version

So with that said, could you update to latest version 2.14.2?
