our customer forbids sending PDF via email for privacy reasons. Is it possible to offer the ticket-PDF or the invoice-PDF on the confirmation page as a download for the registrant?
Sorry. We don't support that option. For those customers, maybe you should create a menu item to link to registration history menu option, then registrants can login, access to that menu item, see and Download their tickets from there
