Export only gives unreadable 0kb file

Hey everyone out there,

I'm currently preparing our next event and arrived at the point where I need to export the guestlist the first time.
Fun fact - it doesn't work!
A file is created, but it has exactly 0kb filesize and can not be opened as it is "invalid".
Well, I Guess that's a problem now. Any Ideas on that?

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Export Data Format, set it to CSV or Excel 2003, then check it again

Perfect, switched it to csv and works perfectly now.
Is there an issue with the xslx file format?

Normally, Excel works well. Maybe on your server, some library is missing and it causes that error. For now, the CSV (or Excel 2003 option) should work OK. So use it as how it is for now
