Is it possible for visitors to comment on Event detail page?
Facebook, integrated comment system or so?

You will need to install that third party extension JoomComments www.joomlatune.com/jcomments-plugins.html

I think it is mentioned clearly in documentation page I sent you above. It is still not clear?
