Strange 404 error on individual registration page

I've never seen an issue like the one I'm having here:
www.pdsmemphis.org/register/summer-camps/615-zootopia-2017

For this event, if you click on the group registration, it works, but it won't work if you click individual. It's giving me a 404 error.

I tried changing the name and the alias and even duplicated the event and am still getting the error.

Any ideas?

Try changing the alias of the category in which the event has been created.

If it still not fixed, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can help checking the issue for you
