Problem Custom Registration Handle URL

Hello. I notice a problem with the component on our site. When we use a Custom Registration Handle URL, this works well only if the rewritting URL of joomla is disabled. If enabled, the Custom Registration Handle URL is no longer accessible.

Could you please give us more information? What custom URL you are using? When users access to that URL, what's the actual problem? Is that URL (normally, without from Events Booking) accessible?
