Hi,
I am testing out the ticket system.
If I understand it right, it only sends tickets to users who have paid to attend to the event.
What if the event is free? Is it possible for the system to send out tickets to users who are attending a free event?
This could be useful for us.

Hello

You just need to enable that feature. It works for both free and paid events. As long as status of the registration is published, the ticket will be generated

Thank you Tuan,
I have tested and although the registrations are set to 'published' automatically when a user registers (as it is free) - those test users are not receiving a ticket by email.
They are receiving a normal confirmation email, nothing else.

Are you testing in on latest version 2.14.2 of Events Booking? Please let me know, I am going to check it again and confirm

Thank you Tuan,
I am using 2.14.2
When viewing in the backend list of registrations, I have noticed that the users signing up for the free event are not given a ticket number either internally in the system.
