Members vs Billing Names

When setting up an event and allowing Group Bookings, we have a situation where a third party is responsible for booking the attendees and for managing billing.

So, he will add the names of the attendees in the Members Information section of the Group Reg form

Then, when completing the Billing Information section, the first_name field is requested again.

The person responsible for booking is not an attendee and we want to show a custom field called "Business Manager".

We add a custom field for this but the first_name field still shows and this confuses the business manager!

Is there a means to hide the first_name field in the Booking Info section?

Edit the field, change Display In to Both Group Members Form and Individual Billing Form

After that, the field won't be displayed in the Billing Information section

I would suggest to leave the name of Business Manager field to first_name as well (note the name of field). The reason is because it will help showing that name in backend Registrants Management to allow you to click on to see the registration details
