registering multiple teams uses same address

Hey all,
I have an issue I'm hoping someone can help with. We use a single registration form for our regatta. I have coaches that register multiple teams using the same email address. The issue I have is that as soon as the coach tries to register a second team using the same email, they get an error that states they've already registered. Is there anyway around this?

In [Event Booking -> Configuration] turn off [Prevent Duplicate Registration] ( or whatever that option is called)
