Custom Fee Description

I have added a custom fee to our event, which are radio buttons for the different amounts to add. This is a charity donation separate from the event fee. I need to add a description about the charity and ideally, a logo and hyperlink on the form next to the fee.

If you can get by with adding the charity info above or below the radio buttons, maybe a "Message" custom field would work? It creates a full-width box for text or html content.
