Discount Coupon with every registration

Hello,

I have an installation with the coupons enabled. I would like to get a way that every time sb registers and pays an email will be sent to him informing automatically about the coupon code and the ammount.
I use 2.11.2. version.

Isn't it how the extension works at the moment? When someone register for an event, Events Booking will send notification email to admins (the emails enter in Notification Emails config option of Events Booking) to inform about this registration

You are saying that currently, no email is sent to admin to inform him about it?

I enabled coupons and I did some test registrations but no e-mail was sent or something like this. I went through the configuration but did not find any settings. Do you have any ideas?

When you register for the event, what payment method you are using? Also, after making the registration, please go to Events Booking -> Registrants, check to see whether there is any registration record associated to your new registration?

The method is always offline payments and only this. So, the admin approves each registration manually.

I don't remember about version 2.11.2, but in latest version, I can confirm that it i supported. Do you use [REGISTRATION_DETAILS] tag in the email message?

You can also try to use [COUPON_CODE] tag, to see whether it works, too

The tag with the details is included in the approval mail. I also added the tag [COUPON_CODE] but it does not work. It just sends the phrase [COUPON_CODE]. Any suggestions?

Look at the code again (the code in latest version), I see that we the correct code is [COUPONCODE], not [COUPON_CODE]

Please try again. If it still doesn't work, I guess you should update to latest version

If it is blank, mean the registration record doesn't have a coupon code stored. In this case, I guess you should update to latest version, then try to register again, check the result

You can also submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site , tell us step by step what we need to do to see the error. We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
