re-generate invoice was created by Alison
Some of our registrants choose the wrong payment amount, which results in a zero value booking and therefore no invoice is generated. Is it possible to generate a new invoice when I update the booking and recalculate the fee?
also
I would like to be able to resend the actual invoice, is there a way to re-generate/send the invoice?

Hello

Yes. You can update the registration record, then re-download the invoice from backend

You can also resend the email + invoice to your registrants.Just go to Events Booking -> Registrants, select the Registration Record and press Re-send Email button in the toolbar

The confirmation email + the updated invoice should be sent to registrants

OK, it will regenerate the invoice if the price has changed.
But...
If there was no invoice to start with can I generate one from an existing record?

Why there is no invoice? You can try to edit the record, change Registration Status to Pending, save it

Then edit the record, change the status back to Paid again. After that, the invoice should be generated

The reason there is sometimes not an invoice is because I run a two for one system.
I have this set up so they choose an option
£30 or 2for1

Sometimes the registrants are cheeky and choose 2for1 for both delegates resulting in a zero sale.
