Group registration and remaining places

I have made a test with and event with less room than the max allowed members in a group. Event with 1 seat and booked a group of 2 members. I am only working with Offline payment.
It appears that all members of the group were confirmed booked and number of remaining place, shows "-1".
As the group "registrator" I received a mail that confirms booking of the two members.
On back end both members are booked with statuts " Pending" not "waiting List"
On front end I can see the name of the two people booked to the event.
I have changed statuts of both membres to "Waiting List". On front end the list of people booked to the event is empty but I still have " Maximum authorised "1" Booked "2" and remaining place " -1".

It seems that there is a bug somewhere.

Is there a way to configure the events as follows :

1. If the number of membres in a group exceeds the remaining places, the whole group is recorded on the waiting list as a group and not as individuals.
2. The member who registers the group is informed that booking of any individual member of the group cannot be done and the whole group is on the waiting list.
3. The group is only informed there is available room if the number of places is able to accommodated for the whole group.

Usually, on group registration page, if there is one slot left, you should not be able to pass the Number Members step
