Language not showing on Front End

I unzipped the ES language package and installed it. I also have ES language setup for the rest of my site.
1. I continue to change the language on Translation Management and even after SAVE it doesn't save the change and it doesn't show on Front End.
2. I realize I need to change some of the content manually. I though it could be done on the Translation Management portion where there are a lot of content fields but it doesn't seem to work either. I am looking to change the header on the page that links my categories. It is displaying CATEGORIES and I need it to say something in SPANISH. Where is that located?

That should be possible to change via Events Booking -> Translation function. Maybe it doesn't work because of permission issues. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it for you

I have been asking for help with this issue. I am attaching the info I need to change into Spanish. I have also provided you with all the credentials for you to go into my site and see what the problem is. In the attachment you will see that all the information for the headers still displays in english, as well as the info on each of the courses.
