Export registrants

I want to export registrants and if there is a group registrations there is only written one entry in the excel, but I want for every group member a seperate.

I've looked into the documentation eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/registrants-management but I either don't know if those option fix the issue nor does I found the options.

Please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, there are two config options:

1. Include group billing records in registrants management: Set it to Yes (maybe you can set it to No if you don't want to show the billing records)

2. Include group members records in registrants management, set it to Yes

After that, check it again, the group members records will be included

Now I found it. I turned the language to english back. The translation was a little bit misleading ...

I have for example a group of 4 people. In the list I have now 5 entries. The 4 people and the group itself. Can I eliminate the group itself in the list?

Yes. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Include Group Billing Records in Registrants Management to No and it should solve the issue
