Email notification

Hi,
Fantastic software, love it.

I have seven clubs that register for education courses in our branch. I have a drop down that lets a registration candidate select which of these 7 clubs they are from. Is it possible that when a person registers from club 'A' then club A's training officer gets notification, and when a person registers from club 'B', that clubs training person gets an email notification and etc.?

This is because each of the 7 clubs training people need to do paperwork form their members.

Unfortunately, there is no way for the system to know the email address of these training officer to send copy of the email to, so customization to the code will be needed in this case

You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site, tell us:

1. ID of the custom field which store these list of clubs

2. Tell us email address of each training officer

We will look at it and customize the code for you. We would have to charge you small fee (20$ - 30$) for doing this customization however, hope it would be OK for you

I am also interested in this feature. I just need a custom field on the registration form where people can enter the email of their training officer so they get a copy of the emails.

Just so we are on the same page....

When a candidate registers they will select one of 8 clubs as a default that they are from.
So I need to attach 1 email to each of these 8 clubs, or 8 emails to 8 corresponding clubs.

Would you consider this a feature for a future upgrade or only a one off request?

This for now, can only be a one of request. We don't have a way to map an option with an email at the moment

However, we can implement it as an override so that this change won't be lost when you update to future releases of the extension
