That dreaded 404 when QR Code is scanned

Everything is working good except that when the QR code on the email receipt is scanned, it goes to a 404 page and the registrant is not checked in.

I have verified that the url that is generated by the QR code matches the site's url in that they are both https:// with no www.

Any suggestions?

I don't know why it causes 404 error. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site

2. A sample link generate by QRCODE scan

We will check to see why it causes 404 error and guide you to correct it

I'm extremely sorry Tuan, I got busy on another project and this one fell by the wayside. The issue is resolved (when I read the docs about the device being used to scan the qr code having to be logged into the front end of the site at the time).
