We have an issue in Event Booking. If people register, the number of registrants is not calculated correctly. If people register for example 2 adults and 2 children, #registrants shows only 1 in "registrant management" and only 1 place is drawn from the capacity of the event.
Only after we change the registrations status form "paid" to "pending" and back to "paid", the correct amount of registrants is shown.

How to solve this?

Might be a problem with your settings. Please submit a support ticket:

1. Sending us super admin account of the site

2. Sending us the link to registration form

I will check your settings to see why the issue happens and guide you to correct it

Using custom fields, there is an old additional plugin you need in order for it to count the adults/children numbers against the available spaces. The new Tickets feature that has been added a few versions ago has sort of replaced this older plugin, but I will take a quick look at past forum posts to find it, and append to this post.
