Attendees not showing on list (front or back end) was created by Jonathan Sheriff
Hi
When a customer pays for their ticket using Paypal, it is sending notification to both parties, and payment is being taken, but the customer does not show as an attendee in the event (front or back end).
I have created an event called test (it is now unpublished) and registered through the site for it. I have made a payment which was successful but I am not showing as an attendee.
Any thoughts?

Hello Jonathan
Please first make sure:
1. Your site is online (not on local computer)
2. Your site is online mode, not offline
3. Go to Events Booking -> Payment Plugins, click on os_paypal payment plugin to edit, make sure Access set to Public (not Registered)
If all above items are OK, then PayPal IPN is disabled on your site and we would have to trouble shooting it further:
1. Go to Events Booking -> Payment Plugins, click on os_paypal payment plugin to edit, set Log IPN Messages parameter to Yes
2. Follow the instructions at www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-I...-your-Paypal-Account , enable PayPal IPN in your PayPal account. PayPal will ask for IPN URL, simply enter URL of your site
3. Test it again, if it still doesn't work, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check the logs to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
