Payment method selection when cart is enbled

Hello,

When cart is enabled, the payment method selection in each event (under Advanced settings) seems not working.
To hide or to diplay a payment method, I need to unpublish or publish it under Payment plugins tab.

Everything is working well when cart is not enabled.

That makes sense. The reason is because when you enable shopping cart mode, user can register for multiple events within one checkout, so it is not possible to to use setting of individual event in this case
