User registration integration Not working

Hi i had an issue that appeared recently, i used registration form with out user integration , but when i turned on this option to let registrant able to login our site , process registration end with HTTP ERROR 500
Dose any one face that problem before or have any clue what to check.

I guess there is something special on your site causing this issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to registration form

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
