Hello Tuan,

In some places of the registration the translation is not working properly.
1. In the form using the translated language the tag [EVENT_TITLE] is not showing the event name like at the standard language.
2. I can not translate the payment plugins. Do I?
3. The invoice and ticket is available in one language as well.

Could you check the first item and maybe comment on 2 and 3?
Thanks.

Hello Dirk

1. Maybe you haven't translated the event tile to the language you are checking/testing yet?

2. See www.joomdonation.com/forum/events-bookin...ster-form.html#93748 for the answer

3. The invoice is actually can be translated. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Translation tab and you should be able to translate the invoice into all languages use on your site, tickets is not translable yet

1. Ok. Missed the translation.
2. Did not work. OS_Offline is translated in both languages but the form is showing the title string which I entered at the payment plugin title. But this is available in one language only. Do you know how what I can try else?
3. Ok. Translated the invoice.
Thanks.

2. Please use upper case for language item OS_OFFLINE instead of OS_Offline , translate it, then check it again

I checked the string for both Languages. Both cases it has upper case letters. When I change the translation of any of the two it is not changing in the frontend. It is only using the title of the payment plugin. When I change the title of the plugin it is changing imediately in the fronend.

To be more clear:

1. You need to change the title of the payment plugin to OS_OFFLINE
2. Then go to Events Booking -> Translation, add that OS_OFFLINE language item and translate it

If you did that and it still doesn't work, you can submit a support ticket send us super admin account of your site and the link to the page, we will check it for you

Regards,

Tuan
