Hide Headings/Messages on Registratio Confirmation was created by danielle
Is there a way to hide items like headers and messages that are just meant to display to those completing the form and not have those within the registration confirmations sent to me?
I have the emails just set up to display
[REGISTRATION_DETAIL]
because I have many custom fields for various events and there's just the universal admin email, not one per event.

Hello
Please go to Events Booking -> Custom Fields, click on the custom field to edit. set Hide On Email to Yes
After that, the field won't be included in email

That seems easy enough, but I don't see that as an option.

What version of EB are you running? The layout looks like an older version, or perhaps you have an Admin template override running?
This is what you *should* be seeing (at least this is how it looks on Joomla 3.6x with EB 2.13.x using the Isis admin template):

We just bought it a couple months ago. I'm still learning it frankly. I also don't have the Custom CSS tab that is mentioned here a bunch and in the online tutorials.
Event Booking version 2.1.2
Joomla! 2.5.28

Those 2 "hide" options would be AWESOME to have!

Hello danielle
Unfortunately, these options are only available for Joomla 3.x. In your case, we would have to edit code to remove these field types from email
You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site so that we can help you (better upgrade to Joomla 3.x as we stopped adding new features to version for Joomla 2.5 )
Regards,
Tuan
