Can't disable coupon field

Can't disable coupon field was created by Stephen Clarke
The coupon field and label are showing up in my Registration forms. I have it disabled it in Configuration and there are no coupon codes defined. I have cleared cache. I think this may be a bug.

Hello Steve

Go to Events Booking -> Events, click on the event to edit. Set Enable Coupon parameter to Use Global Configuration, then check it again

It should work as expected
