Hello,

I just installed the Events Booking and it works great. Thku.

However, the html editors in all of the ( categories and events ) do not seem to work. If I toggle them ( remove them ) than I can enter text.

Also the image upload is not working. It pops up the image library and I can select an image but when I hit the insert button nothing happens.

These problems seem related that is why I am mentioning them together.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

The extension using Joomla HTML editors, so It should work fine (no-one has any problems with HTML editor so far).

To make it easier for us to check the issue, please give us more information :

1. What editor you are using ? TinyMCE, JCE or FCK Editor ?

2. What browser are you using ? I've heard that some Joomla HTML editors doesn't work well in Google Chrome (It is the editor itself, not the extension) .

Could you please submit a support ticket contains administrator account of your site so that I can check it for you ?

Thanks,

Tuan

Hi Jack

I checked it and saw that It works fine on Firefox. However, It doesn't work on google chrome (I am still checking to see why it doesn't work with google chrome because I see that It works well in other extensions - com_content) . The strange thing is that we used one of the core Joomla command code ($editor->display function) to display editor, so It should work fine .

Please give me one more day to check the issue (I work at weekend, too) .

Thanks,

Tuan

by the way - i dont know if this means anything as far as this issue goes - but my Safari is set to open in 32-bit mode - not the default 64-bit
