2 forms was created by leenderd
i Have 2 events, a member form and a vulonteer form
when a user want to fill in event 2, he must have first filled in event 1
when he does not fill in form 1 he can not fill in form 2
this is because i have an event for children where a parent must be a volunteer
only if he or she is a vulonteer, they are able to fill in the form for chilrens( 1 or 2 childrens at once) as a member of event 2
or is there an other way to solve this
best regards leen

Hello
There is a workaround to setup the extension to work like that but it requires users to have a Joomla account on your site. The idea is:
1. Create a new Joomla user group called Volunteer. This should be child group of Registered group
2. Create a new access level called Volunteer, select Volunteer user group for that access level
3. Config Volunteer event so that when someone register for that event, he will be assigned to Volunteer user group, see eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/joomla-groups-integration
4. Edit the event 2, set Registration access to Volunteer.
By doing that, only users who registered for Volunteer event can register for the event 2
Regards,
Tuan

Hi Tuan, thats a great idea. by doing so i can set event 2 at single registration.
where ther is only fields to fill in for the members of event 2. all info from the volunteer is already filled in.
and that covers my other question about the billing info in excel. it is now on every row.
thanks i am going to try this out.
best regards Leen
