add event from calendar?

Is it possible to add a link in the calendar in each day field to add an event for that day?
Also to add a link to the day in the calendar to switch to the day-view?

Unfortunately, the feature you are looking for is not supported. When you add an event, you need to enter the event date and the event will be displayed at that date in the calendar

It is not possible to click on a link in the calendar to add event to that selected date, it is not supported yet
