Can't Select Location / Thumbnail

I have added the 'Submit an Event' menu item, when a user attempts to add an event it is not possible for them to select a location or thumbnail image?

1. If you want to allow users to select existing locations (submitted by other users), go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set the config option Show All Locations in frontend event submission form to Yes

2. For thumbnail image, unfortunately, it is not possible to select an image in the frontend.
