User email in HTML?

Hi,

At the moment I'm trying to make a user email with background photo and two text fields. (see example: here )

It's intended that the two fields are filled with field tags from the registration form. I have made an little script in HTML and CSS to let it work. In a joomla article it's working perfect, but in de user email (after receiving in my inbox) is it not working. First I thought it was JCE, but also with putting JCE off I got the same problem.

Is it possible that emails frome event booking not supporting HTML layout?
Or I'm needing JCE Pro licence?

I am sorry for lately response. We are celebrating Lunar new year holiday at the moment and don't have much time to work

The problem with your issue, I guess it is because the css code or background image was removed while saving for some reasons

Could you please post the HTML code which you want to use in the email into a text file, then upload it here

We will then look at it to see why it doesn't work with email and give you detailed answers

No problem for the late respons

The background rule is retained after saving.
But the rule that retrieves the css file disappears.
