Sending ticket by email to registrant was created by Delemo
Hello,
I can't make tickets to be sent to registrant after successfull registration.
In general configuration of EventBooking 'Activate Tickets PDF' and 'Send tickets via email' options are set to yes.
In my event, under 'Tickets settings' tab, 'Activate Tickets PDF' is also set to yes.
Edit: if you click 'Resend email' button in Registrants page, the PDF of the ticket is sent.
Another issue: in my event, under 'Tickets settings' tab, if I leave the ticket layout area empty, the default layout defined in Configuration seems not to be used: the tickets PDF are blank page.
My configuration:
- Joomla! 3.6.5
- PHP 5.6.21
- MYSQL 5.5.52-0+deb7u1-log
Regards

Hello Delemo
Please note that tickets will only be sent to paid registrants. So if registrants use offline payment method, the registration status will be Pending, then no ticket will be sent
Tickets in that case will only be sent when administrator approve the registration (change status from Pending to Active)
Could you please check and let me know if it works like that?
Regards,
Tuan

Hello Tuan,
Thank you for your reply.
My tests were made with online payment (not with offline payment) but through a custom payment plugin.
Do you think the problem could come from the custom payment plugin?
Regards
Simon

Hello Simon
Might be so. Maybe you should test it using one of the payment plugins come with Events Booking by default to confirm
