Event Booking Calendar

Good morning Tuan,
At the end of every year, I copy the previous events into the new year as we have regular monthly events and it saves time to recreate them from scratch. This year I noticed our event calendar seemed to have collapsed days ie just the heading showing. The borders separating the days are also not showing. I have attached 2 images. I upgraded to the latest version of EventBooking and the results are the same. Also the buttons for group bookings don't seem to work now. The page is displayed but the buttons don't react to anything.
The only change I made recently was to download a new template ( Epic2 from Joomla shine which uses their new Sun Template framework ). It was never assigned to anything and I have since uninstalled it.
