Site fall when buy a event

Hi, we use the Event Booking in one site, the site is hostiing on DigitalOcean ina droplet with 4GB and 4vCPU

FreeBSD 11
-Nginx 1.10.2
- php 5.6.29
- mariadb 10.0.27

but when alot of people access the buy form the site fall, we need some assistance and some tips about the php and database configurations to solve that.

The best way would be contact the hosting provider, ask them to check to see why the site fall. They should be able to check server logs, see why the site fall to load

In case there are not enough server resources (memory limit, timeout limit, I think you will need to ask them to increase or even using a higher hosting option if needed
