Quantity Field broken? was created by Stefan Zander
Hello,
I am currently using a Filed with quantity to book timeslots. But somehow it seems not to work.
I created the field as shown below, but somehow since the update to the current version of event booking it seems that it stopped working.
I can now overbook the timeslots
- I bet that the entry that was full was not shown bevore...
Hope someone can help, I would use Ticket types but there i was not able to set the Option "Calculate Number Registrants Based on Tickets Quantity" because i can not find the switch within the configuration.

Hello Atleticom
Make sure you are not logged in using a super admin account (or an account which has Registrants Management permission allowed)
For example, try to register without logged in or using a standard registered account. If the issue still happens, then it is a bug. Please submit a support ticket so that we can check it directly on your site

Honestly, I don't understand your last question. However, the quantity will be counted if someone:
1. Register for the event use online payment method such as PayPal and complete payment for that registration
2. Or someone uses offline payment method. In this case, although payment will be made later, they will still be counted as registrants in the system, so even the registration status is Pending, the quantity is still counted/taken
Hope my explanation is clear to you
Regards,
Tuan
