Notification Email Problems - EB 2.12.1 - EB 2.13. was created by Dante O
We have four identical websites running Event Booking
These websites have processed 600 registrations over the past 7 days.
Two websites are running version EB 2.12.2 — the other two websites are running EB 2.13.1
All other software on these websites — Including the php send mail function on the sever — are identical.
We have 9 emails in the "Configuration > Notification Emails" field.
All 9 email address are the same across all 4 websites.
Under EB 2.12.2
— All users are successfully receiving the Admin Notification Emails
Under EB 2.13.1
— Only the first four or five of the 9 emails are receiving the Admin Notification Emails. Several of the same users are not getting them, although they do receive them under EB 2.12.2.
Does anyone know of any changes to EB 2.13.1 which might cause this?
Are there any limitations to the "Configuration > Notification Emails" field.
This is a very big problem for us and our client is very upset.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Dante

Hello Dante
No, there are no changes related to the email. It must cause by something else
And there are no limitation.
Are all of these sites located on a same server?
Also, please note that, in Events Booking, there are two places to enter Notification Emails:
1. In Events Booking -> Configuration
2. In Event Edit screen, advanced Settings tab. If you enter Emails in that tab, the entered emails will be used instead of the emails in Events Booking -> Configuration
Maybe in your case (2.13.1), you entered emails into Notification Emails in Advanced Settings of the event and it causes the error? Could you please try to edit the event, look at Advanced Settings tab, check and make sure the Notification Emails is empty?

Thanks Tuan,
Yes all four sites are on the exact same server.
We were aware of the two places to enter Notification Emails; however on all four sites the "advanced settings tab" is not used. Emails are entered into the "Events Booking -> Configuration" area.
It seems that once we go past 7 emails we have a problem on the EB 2.13.1 sites (but not on the EB 2.12.1 sites)
Perhaps this is a limitation on the GoDaddy dedicated (not shared), fully-managed server - I will check.
For now we are creating a GMail email to serve as a distribution group for 4 of the 9 emails. This Gmail account will then forward the emails.
Thanks for your help Tuan - No further replies are needed. I'll update this ticket if we learn more on our end.

PS — Event Booking is Great
You and the OS Solutions team would be very pleased to know how well Event Booking performed for us this past weekend. We sold out 25 events / 500 seats in 60 hours using a very complex build with more than 40 custom fields containing multiple dependencies on one website with 2 languages. And that was just on one website out of five (all five sites are fully translated multilingual). Event Booking is wonderful software. I just finished building over 270 unique events with over 1,000 custom fields across 5 websites. Event Booking performed great - I only spotted 2 small quirks. I look forward to working with Event Booking more in the future. I'd love to work on the Data Export functions with you and the team. I have ideas which would really benefit 'power users.' Thanks - Dante

Many thanks Dante. Very happy to hear that Events Booking works well for you on large events like that
It is great now, but there are still more rooms to improvement and I will continue working hard to improve it
Regards,
Tuan
