We have a price set for $30 for when people signup. We also put in a fixed group price of $50. The problem is that in the records and when you export, it shows the individuals within a group as $30 each. It's very confusing and there is no easy way to remove these from showing. Can you tell me how to fix this?

screencast.com/t/LskDmbXaC is what I mean. You can see that it shows the right price $50 for the GROUP FORM ONLY row, but each individual in that group is showing $30 instead of 0.

Thanks!

Hello Mike

Actually, Events Booking tries to calculate the price for group members. Maybe it is wrong for this case (fixed group price) but it is also should not be 0

If you want the price for group members to 0 in the export, we will have to modify code. Submit a support ticket and we will modify it for you

Hello... thanks for the kind reply. It looks like if someone puts in a fixed group price, then there really is no cost for each individual in that group. So that's why it should just not have any price for individuals in the group. Can this be fixed?

Hi Mike

I will check that case. If it valid, I am going to check and fix it within this week. The rate for each group member in this case will be fixed group price device for number of group members

Regards,

Tuan
